All we ask you to do is mail the DVD back to us, and we will reimburse the original purchase price to either your original method of payment or as a merchandise credit. If you have purchased a digital product, such as an Online Video or Professional Trainer Kit, your access to these program(s) will be removed and your refund will be issued.

We do require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we will need an emailed or faxed receipt.

If you received a DVD that does not function properly, we kindly ask you to try playing it in a different player. If the problem persists, we'll be more than happy to send you a replacement or refund.
